Guests should be warned about thin walls that amplify noise from neighboring rooms. The warm water in the shower took ages to arrive, a tad inconvenient when in a hurry!!!

Quirky hotel with great and unbeatable location adjacent to which is convenient for travelling from-and-to the airport, local attractions and the shopping/ central area. Nicely decorated and neat room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and impeccable service. Fairly nice experience there.

The breakfast was not adaquate: no fruit or vegetables. Just bread and cheese. The rooms would use a clock radio and satelite.

Handy for our day trips around the Cote d'Azur. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Returning to the hotel at night can feel a bit uneasy, especially for solo female travelers due to the dimly lit streets.

Stayed for 3 nights this time, and villa berlioz exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and city center. My room wasnice and neat, and the staff was really helpful.

Friendly & helpful staff; hotel located near the Gare de Nice Ville train station; good value for the money.
The bed took up most of the space in the room, so hotel is not ideal for long stays with lots of luggage. Also, the shower/bathroom were pretty tight. But everything was clean and the little balcony was good for getting some fresh air.

Attentiveness of manager of hotel to clients needs. I arrived late night and received phone cal with confirmation that they will wait for me Breakfast was waiting me in time and choice for breakfast was very good as for such level hotel Perfect location for train station and close to city centre

pleasant stay with great potential
The staff was genuinely friendly. The room was impeccably clean and showed a high standard of maintenance. I particularly appreciated the convenient access to transportation for day trips. I found the cookies available on arrival to be a nice personal touch.
Returning to the hotel at night felt a bit uneasy due to the dimly lit streets.
